enjoyable walks to nearby beaches and parks

I loved how close the hotel is to Playa San Francisco, just a short stroll away, and the easy access to Chankanaab Beach Adventure Park made for a perfect day of exploration and relaxation. the spacious room also allowed us to unwind after our city walks. As a couple, we really appreciated the comfortable space to recharge between our adventures. but the cleanliness of common areas could use improvement.

We had an incredible stay in a beautiful oceanfront suite, and the romantic dinner under the gazebo at sunset was truly unforgettable. The outdoor swimming pool and secluded beach access were perfect spots to unwind. The only downside was the bathroom design, which let in a bit too much light at night, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 🌅

Snorkeling off the beach revealed vibrant sea life like stingrays and barracudas, while the leak from the air conditioning was a minor annoyance during our relaxing two-night stay.

Just a heads up, the ocean view from our room was nice, but it might not be the most luxurious compared to others. Overall, a good spot for a group getaway.

Had some trouble with the food quality. unfortunately, nothing compared to what we'd hoped for in terms of taste and variety. A mixed bag since we were expecting better meals during our stay.

The bathroom design in our suite was puzzling. a partial wall allowed light to flood the sleeping area at night. The sink in the bathroom was clogged upon arrival, and the overall decor felt outdated. Food options were limited, with a notable lack of fresh vegetables, and the buffet offerings didn't meet expectations. The absence of wristbands led to confusion over preferred versus standard services, diminishing the value of the premium experience. Drink service at the beach ended too early, which felt inconvenient for relaxing afternoons.

This place suits me perfectly! With beautiful beach access, a relaxing spa, and friendly staff, it provides everything I need. I fondly remember how the staff helped with my bags during my first stay. I can't wait to come back for another trip!

The beachfront views were breathtaking as we lounged in the sun. The Preferred Club Ocean View room let us wake up to turquoise waters every morning. The soothing spa massages transformed our days into pure bliss!

Not quite what we expected

We stayed for 10 nights in a Junior Suite with Pool Access. The staff were super friendly, especially Betty the housekeeper and Milky at the pool bar—shoutout to them! The sushi was awesome, but the service in the restaurants was kinda slow. Also, there were kids everywhere, which was a bit annoying for an adults-only vibe.

we had an amazing time at secrets! the beach location was perfect, and the water clarity was stunning. we loved our junior suite ocean view king, especially relaxing by the preferred swimming pool with ocean views. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
